Oversee day-to-day resort operations, coordinate between departments, and ensure every guest has an exceptional stay.
Assistant Manager
Support the Manager across operations, handle guest relations, and step in to lead when needed.
Chef
Lead the Dandelion Kitchen — prepare fresh, quality meals with an eye for detail and a feel for the resort's warm, unhurried atmosphere.
Housekeeping
Maintain the cottages, huts, and resort grounds to the highest standard — a key part of the guest experience.
Restaurant Staff
Serve guests at Dandelion Kitchen and assist with barbeque evenings — warm, attentive hospitality is the brief.
Maintenance Staff
